Toblerone Mousse with almond chips and roasted hazelnuts

100g of dark Toblerone 4 eggs |
100g of white Toblerone |

2 small spoon of almond chips and roasted hazelnuts |
For the mousse:

- In a double boiler and low heat, melt the chocolate broken into pieces. To keep caramels chips Toblerone, do not overheat. |
